We may live in the Evergreen State, but Ireland is the Evergreen Country. In August 2016, my husband and I spent two weeks traveling around the country for our honeymoon. We drove roughly 1,500 miles in the span of a week and a half and took in everything that we could from the wonderful sites to the equally wonderful whiskey.
